Ovora Outdoor was founded in 2026 in Maize, Kansas, and builds fences for homeowners and businesses across Wichita and the surrounding towns. That’s the front door, and we’d rather be known for doing one thing at a standard people talk about than for a list of services nobody can picture.
But a fence is rarely the whole idea. People point at the patio while we’re measuring. They mention the slope that washes out, or the shade they don’t have. So the work grew outward from the fence line — structures, then the yard itself — and it all runs on the same crew, the same written pricing, and the same warranty.
That’s the whole promise, in order: get the fence right, then keep going until the backyard is finished.
Why We Do This
Before the screens, the notifications, and the noise — there was the backyard. Where the mess doesn’t matter, the kids run free, and a cold drink at sunset is enough.

Our standard is written down so you can hold us to it, on every job.
I started Ovora Outdoor in 2026, out of Maize, Kansas. It is a fence company first, and it runs on a written build standard, not a sales pitch.
Here is how we run it. Our consultation takes about 30 minutes, not two hours at your kitchen table. We walk your yard, measure every run, mark the gates, and note the slope, the trees, and whatever the old fence left behind. Then we price the whole job, itemized, in writing, before we leave. No “we’ll get back to you.”
That number holds. Roots, rock, and hard ground after a dry August are our problem to solve, not a change order we hand you halfway through the build.
Every fence we build has a galvanized steel post inside it. Cedar, vinyl, chain link, ornamental iron, all of it, never wood. We call 811 for a utility locate before anyone breaks ground, on every job. Your Project Manager stays in touch from the day you sign, and texts you an update every day the crew is on site. And the work carries a 1-year workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer warranties on the materials.
I want ours to be the prettiest fences in Wichita. That is the whole standard. It is written down because I want you to hold me to it.
