How Customers Opt In to Texts from Ovora Outdoor
Every way a customer gives us permission to text, with the exact words we use.

Our text message program
Ovora Outdoor LLC is a fence contractor at 11301 W 53rd St N, Maize, KS 67101. We send text messages from our business number about quote requests, appointment scheduling and reminders, project updates, and a single reply to a missed call.
These are customer care messages. We send no marketing or promotional texts. We never buy phone numbers, and we never sell or share them.
Message frequency varies, typically a few messages per project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
See our Privacy Policy and our SMS Terms.
Opt-in method 1: Website quote form
Our quote form at ovoraoutdoor.com/quote carries a text message consent checkbox. The same form runs on our home page and on our service pages. The box is optional and unchecked by default, and the form submits whether or not it is checked. Checking it is the only way a visitor gives consent on the website.
The box above is a picture of the real one and does nothing. See the live form.
Opt-in method 2: Verbal consent, by phone or in person
On a phone call or an on-site estimate, staff read this script before any text is sent:
Can Ovora Outdoor text you at this number about your quote, your appointment, and updates on your project? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Saying yes is not required to get a quote or to buy anything.
If the customer says yes, staff record the consent and the date on the customer’s record. If the customer says no, no texts are sent.
Opt-in method 3: Customer texts us first
A customer who sends a text to our business number starts the conversation. A person at Ovora Outdoor replies to that conversation only. Our first reply names Ovora Outdoor and includes opt-out instructions.
Ovora Outdoor: Thanks for your message. We'll reply here about your fence project. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
After a STOP, replying START, UNSTOP or YES re-subscribes and texts resume.
Ovora Outdoor: You're subscribed to texts about your quote and project. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
Missed calls
When someone calls our business number and we cannot answer, we send one text reply. It names Ovora Outdoor, refers to the call they just placed, and includes opt-out instructions. No further automated messages are sent. Any further texts happen only if the caller replies. At most one such text goes to a caller in a 24 hour period.
Records and opt-outs
Website consent is saved with the quote request, including whether the box was checked and when. Staff note verbal consent on the customer’s record. Opt-outs are stored, and every outgoing text is checked against the opt-out list before it is sent.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT or REVOKE to any message and we stop texting you. You get one confirmation and nothing after that.
Ovora Outdoor: You're unsubscribed and will receive no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe.
Reply HELP or INFO and you get our help text.
Ovora Outdoor: For help, email contact@ovoraoutdoor.com or visit ovoraoutdoor.com. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
