The fee comes from the city's fee schedule, and you'll need a site plan. Past the front plane of the house, a fence must drop from 6 to 4 feet within 8 feet, be at least 50% open, and skip chain link and other metal or wire. Inside a corner vision triangle the cap is 3 feet. The finished side faces out. Fences in an easement need removable panels.
