Need a different size or height? We quote custom builds one by one. Same frame as our FenceTrac steel-frame privacy fences.
Built the Same Way
Steel where it holds the weight. Cedar where you look at it. Insured & Permitted.
Frame
A FenceTrac steel frame around every panel. Black only, frame and posts.
Boards
Tongue-and-groove boards slide into the frame and lock together. No gaps to see the cans through. Prices are with cedar. UltraBlend PVC and LuxeCore composite cost more.
Height
Taller than a typical 96-gallon cart, so the lids don't peek over the top.
Posts
Each black steel post has a welded steel base plate. Four anchors bolt it into concrete.
Fit
We cut the frame to size at your house. It fits your wall and your slab, not a box size.
Finish
No stain option on enclosures. Cedar left alone weathers to a soft gray. PVC and composite keep their color.
Concrete
The posts bolt to concrete. That’s it. If there’s already a slab where the cans sit, the plates go right on it and the price on the card is the price.
No slab? We pour one. It’s 4 in of concrete over 2 in of rock, with steel mesh and an expansion strip against the house.
A pad job is two trips. We pour, then wait about 7 days. The anchors need cured concrete to hold. Then we come back and install.

HOA and Condo Boards
Townhomes and condos often have the same corner on every unit. We build the same enclosure at each one, so the row matches.
We price multi-unit orders for HOA and condo boards. Ask about ordering several at once.
Check your HOA rules before you buy. We’ll help you with the submittal. We can give you the drawing and spec sheet your HOA board asks for.

Trash Can Enclosure Questions
Our three standard builds are $1,749 for the Street Screen, $2,449 for the L-Shape and $4,799 for the Gated, installed with cedar boards. PVC and composite boards cost more. A new concrete pad adds $750 (3/4 pad) or $950 (full pad). Custom sizes get their own quote.
Yes. A typical 96-gallon cart is roughly 2 ft wide, 3 ft deep and just under 4 ft tall. The L-Shape and Gated builds give you 6 ft across the front, so two carts sit side by side. On the Street Screen, the carts sit behind the 4 ft panel, out of view from the street. The 5 ft wall is taller than the carts.
It needs concrete under the posts. If you have a slab there already, the plates bolt to it. If you don’t, we pour one. That’s the pad add-on.
Material takes 3 to 4 weeks after you sign. Then we schedule the install. With a new pad, we pour first and come back after about 7 days of cure.
That’s up to your HOA. Check your HOA rules before you buy. We’ll help you with the submittal, and we can give you the drawing and spec sheet your HOA board asks for.
Yes. We can build 4 ft or 6 ft tall, and other widths and layouts. Custom builds are quoted one by one.
No. Enclosure cedar ships unfinished and we don’t offer stain on it. You can leave it to weather to gray. The steel frame stays black.
Yes. Any build can use UltraBlend PVC or LuxeCore composite boards in place of cedar. Our standard prices are with cedar. UltraBlend PVC adds $122 to $325 and LuxeCore composite adds $552 to $1,462, depending on the build. LuxeCore can take 10 to 12 weeks to arrive. The frame and posts stay black either way.
Yes. The Street Screen and L-Shape are open on one side, so you roll the carts out like you do now. On the Gated, both leaves swing out and give you a 6 ft clear opening. A drop rod holds each leaf in place.
