We collect information you provide directly, including your name, phone number, email address, and project details when you submit a contact form. If you apply for a job through our site, we use that information only to evaluate your application.

For text messaging, we collect your mobile phone number, whether and when you gave consent to receive texts, the texts you send us and the texts we send you, and any opt-out request (such as a STOP reply).

We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry and provide you with a quote or estimate. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run our website, email, texting and advertising measurement, as described below.

We use your mobile number and text messaging consent only to send the text messages you agreed to: replies about your quote, appointment scheduling and reminders, and updates on your project. We honor every opt-out request.

If you check the text message consent box on our quote form, tell us by phone or in person that texting is okay, or text our business number first, we may send you text messages about your quote, appointments, and project updates. If you call our business number and we cannot answer, you get one text reply about that call; we keep texting only if you reply or give consent another way. Message frequency varies. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are viewed, what site referred the visit, and general location, browser, and device type. This tool does not use cookies, does not collect your name or contact information, and does not track you across other websites. Visits are counted using an anonymized identifier that is discarded after 24 hours.

If you arrive at our site through a Google ad, we use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether that ad led you to submit a quote request. Google sets a cookie in your browser to make this measurement possible. We only see aggregate numbers — how many quote requests came from a given ad — not who you are.

If you arrive through a Facebook or Instagram ad, we use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure whether that ad led to a quote request, an appointment or a signed job. Meta sets a cookie in your browser, and when you submit a quote request we send Meta a hashed (scrambled) version of your contact details plus that cookie so it can match the request to the ad. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, and you can manage or turn off ad personalization for your Google account at adssettings.google.com. For more on how Google uses this data, see Google’s ads policies.
