We source our vinyl through Eldridge Fence Supply in Great Bend and install the Country Estate line — an American-made vinyl fence that has been in production since 1978. That gets you a real style catalog and a real manufacturer warranty behind it, instead of whatever a big-box store had on the rack.
Wood posts rot, lean, and heave out of the ground within a few Kansas winters — it's the single most common reason a fence fails early. Ovora conceals a galvanized steel post inside every cedar fence and sets steel on every fence type we install, as standard. Not an upgrade option.
On a vinyl fence that is worth saying plainly: every vinyl post has a steel pipe inserted inside it — the vinyl you see is the sleeve, and the steel inside is the spine. A hollow vinyl post is holding up your fence with plastic. Ours is holding it up with steel.

Vinyl Styles
Country Estate builds vinyl in four families, and more than fifty styles across them. Start by picking what the fence is for — hiding a backyard, screening it, dressing a front yard, or fencing land — and the style list gets short fast.
Closed backyard
A solid wall of vinyl, tongue-and-groove tight, usually with a top rail or lattice cap. This is the vinyl most Wichita backyards get — the same job cedar does, without ever picking up a stain brush.
Screened, not sealed
Spaced boards between rails. You screen the yard without walling it in, keep some light, and let the wind move through — which is worth thinking about on an exposed Kansas lot.
Front-yard character
Lower, open, and built for curb appeal rather than cover. Country Estate makes ornamental, contemporary, and traditional picket profiles, so this ranges from farmhouse to clean and modern.
Acreage and paddocks
Two, three, or four rails running post to post. It marks a property line, holds livestock with the right mesh behind it, and keeps the view — the fence for land rather than for a backyard.

Color & Finish
Vinyl color is not paint on a surface — the pigment is compounded into the material itself. That is why it does not peel, flake, or need repainting, and why the fence you approve is the fence you keep looking at. Country Estate offers four base colors, and any of them can be streaked or embossed for a wood-grain look.
Streaking is color. Embossing is texture. You can have either, both, or neither — here is what each one does to the same board.
The standard surface. Flat, even color the whole length of every board.
A darker pigment drawn through the base color in irregular bands. Still smooth under your hand — the variation is color, not texture.
A fine wood-grain relief pressed into the surface. One even color, but it catches light the way a sawn board does.
Both at once — grain you can feel under variegated color. This is as close as vinyl gets to a stained cedar board.

A note on these swatches. The four names are Country Estate’s. The colors on your screen are close, not exact — no monitor is a color chip. We bring real samples to the quote, and colors can be combined — a white fence with gray caps, for instance — if you want something specific.
Built for Kansas
Most vinyl fence failures in this part of the country are not vinyl failures. The panel is fine — the post it was hung on gave up. That is the part we do differently.
Wind
Vinyl gives a little in a gust and comes back. What it cannot do is hold itself up — every bit of that wind load lands in the posts, and ours have a galvanized steel pipe running up inside them. The vinyl is the sleeve; the steel is the spine.
Sun
The pigment is compounded into the material, not painted onto it. There is no film to chalk off, so a Kansas summer does not leave you with a repainting job every few years.
Freeze–thaw
Vinyl does not absorb water, so it does not rot, swell, or split when the ground cycles from wet to frozen and back. The thing that has to survive freeze-thaw is the post — set to 30 inches, in concrete.

The material
Country Estate vinyl is warranted by its manufacturer, Nebraska Plastics, against defective materials and manufacturing defects — you choose either a 50-year term or a limited lifetime term at purchase. For residential use the coverage is non-prorated. The warranty has to be registered with the manufacturer after install; we’ll hand you the paperwork and walk you through it.
The workmanship
Every installation carries a one-year warranty on our own workmanship, and the materials we install carry their manufacturers' warranties — including a residential lifetime limited warranty on the PostMaster+ steel post inside every cedar fence.
